Research expedition to the auroras in Norway

Yadegar Asisi und his team have travelled through Senja Island in Northern Norway to execute some profound research for the panorama ANTARCTIC. Above all they were interested in the auroras whose most active period is in this season. Yet, a large variety of photographs of the landscape, the very special light mood and the geologic formations of the region have also been taken. Some may wonder that the panorama of the Antarctic will contain elements from the north. However, phenomena such as the auroras or structures of snow and ice resemble each other in any of the two regions.
