The cultural enterprise Asisi Visual Culture GmbH, based in Berlin, has set itself the task of promoting the standpoint of Yadegar Asisi, placing importance on the educational function of vision in a special kind of visual culture. Visual culture comes from a visual experience – this is the message of the artist Yadegar Asisi – and it is his intention to provide this experience with the help of the world’s largest 360° panoramas. In order to successfully realise this project, the production company Asisi Factory GmbH in Berlin and the two panorama presentation locations Panometer® Dresden GmbH und Panometer® Leipzig GmbH were incorporated into Asisi Visual Culture GmbH under the brand name of Asisi.

Asisi Visual Culture GmbH would like to make this special form of visual culture available to people of all age groups, social strata and levels of education in an attractive, understandable and – most importantly – in an emotional way.

Our visual projects and experiences on cultural themes aim to encourage our visitors to look around in wonder, thus gaining not only a better understanding of their own personality, but also of global contexts. Asisi Visual Culture GmbH works in various areas of business, continually developing its competence in the form of products and services.

Asisi visual culture can be experienced in the Asisi Panometers®. Here, visitors with no previous knowledge can gain experience in this special form of visual culture at their own pace.  At present there are two Asisi Panometers, in Dresden and in Leipzig. In each of them, the artist’s enormous panoramas – created by Asisi and his team - are on display.

The 360° panoramic projects are accompanied by thematic exhibitions showing a large number of anamorphoses, exhibits, films and especially composed sound effects and music by Eric Babak. A large number of events are also held relating to the exhibition. Both Asisi Panometers have their own shops selling Asisi products and theme-related articles.

Asisi Visual Culture GmbH offers general consulting for the development and realisation of visual illusional spaces. The Sales Department offers advice on the hiring of the Asisi Panometers and the use of image and licensing rights.
